What's the best stimulant for long-term use for practical applications like cognitive and physical tasks, not getting high? Something with an optimal risk reward ratio and that won't cause much long term damage. So let's say, definitely not amphetamine because although it's great in the short term it has bad side effects in the long run and not caffeine since although it's much safer, it's simply too weak. Is there any sweet spot between these two extremes?
By long-term use I mean either cycling it or being on it almost every day.
