I was prescribed zopiclone from my doctor to treat a stretch of stubborn insomnia that I was going though. I did not tell my doctor I had a history of dependency issues and dissosciative tendencies (my bad. whoops) and here we are, with a slight dependence.
I managed to source some online which are legit, because my doctor won't prescribe more, but they're the best things I've found that help me sleep. Although I do like the wavy brain it gives me before bed and I'm worried about not being able to keep my cool. I only take them at night when I need to sleep, but dosage has gone from 1 x 10mg pill, to Two, and I ended up cutting one in half tonight for 25mgs total. And I can feel myself teetering, I'm not being very careful now. I need to know what dosage is considered dangerous, at what point do I lose control? Trying to find any info in articles is bogus, I need advice informed by lived experience. I don't want this to be another depence struggle
