Anyone here with HPPD?

I got it from Psychadelics. Some say it will go away after a few years but for some it's permanent. My HPPD is mild. I can't look at bright lights like candles, light bulbs or things like carpets with alot of patterns. I have been to the hospital and gotten checked out and they say i'm fine and that it may go away on it's own or it's here to stay. I have closed eye visuals so i need xanax or valium before bed. I just wanted to post this here so i don't feel so alone dealing with this.
