ppl with hppd from psychs/dissos is it a everyday problem?

i have hppd from mostly delirants and it’s a big problem like (recalling events to people that never happened, seeing things that are not real, horrible depth of perception and seeing black rooms when i close my eyes.)
i was wondering what hppd is like for other hallucinogens even inhalants.
