So a couple days ago I was prescribed Zoloft due to depression but before I started it, I wanted to trip on dxm one last time since it's really dangerous to do dxm on an ssri. Dxm is also the only psych/disso I've done so I wanted to go out with a bang. I took 750 mgs of hbr across like a 4 hour span. When I had taken around 420 mgs, the itchiness got really bad so I took 3 benadryl and then waited for it to vanish. Slightly before the Benadryl took effect, I took a blinker.
Eventually I realized that I was no longer itching and that I was hallucinating. The little hallway in front of the room I was in had a door and the lights were on kn the other side. The hallway seemed to warp and stretch very slightly and darkish colors slowly became more pronounced from my surroundings. I had some chill/trippy music playing in my headphones and it felt like it was coming from the world around me and was in sync with the hallucinations.
I don't remember a whole lot from the trip except for a couple things. There was another door to the bathroom a little closer to me and it looked like a weird alien tree was growing around the frame. The door at the end of the hallway has a similar tree growing around it and it then slowly morphed into the portal from stranger things lol. A little later, I could see massive shadow spiders in my peripherals crawling allover the walls and ceiling but I realized that this was just a hallucination and they weren't real. So I sat up in my bed and reached out to them and nothing happened, they just kept minding their business. It felt like I was free in a way, I knew I was tripping but I wasn't scared. I just let it happen and it was beautiful. The craziest hallucination I saw was this weird geometrical pattern unfolding. It started as a square but then the square unfolded and another square was attached to it and it kept unfolding into more snd more squares and kinda made like the dragon fractal shape. I saw this in my peripherals and then turned to look directly at it and it didn't vanish. I event reached out and my hand simply went through it as tho it was a real 3d object that my hand just passed through.
The next day I woke up after getting a little less than 8 hours of sleep and I felt great the entire day and the next. I am very satisfied with that trip, but it is a shame I won't be able to experience anything like this for a while.
