How long after benzos use can I take shrooms without trip being affected

Im planning on taking 1mg alprazolam before the gym (my tolerance isnt crazy) to help with gym anxiety and then taking approx 2g shrooms after gym session How long would i need to wait to feel the full affect of the shrooms and it not to be signficantly dulled by the alprazolam?
