I woke up in the night, which i usually do, eventually i start falling asleep again and idk,

I just i remember i started shaking like crazy, and i couldnt stop for the life of me, i couldnt move at all apart from roll from one side to the other, i thought maybe i was having a seizure or i was od’ing , i looked around in my room n it looked like shit was morphing in the pitch black, so i try go on my phone flashlight , and i look around and my desks and tv stand etc is changing size, not in a balloon way but kinda in a psychedelic way i cant really explain it, i also remember there being a kinda spiky shadow behind everything

i lie back onto my back and carry on shaking and eventually i stop and open my eyes and it was all in my sleep? It felt like i wasnt sleeping nor awake just somewhere in the middle, i cant tell whether this really happend or it was in my head but eitherway its really weird, not sure if it was benzo induced but i took 20mg diazepam with low tolerance a few hours before,

Anyone had a similar experience or have any clue to wtf happend?
