Adderall/Molly binge

So last Friday I took a Molly pill and stayed up all night. I was good until Tuesday when I took 30 mg and begin to stim fap until I took another 30 mg like 6 hours later, I then took I think 70 mg 6 hours after that, 6 hours after I that I took 30 and then 6 hours later another 30. I took a normal dose (15 mg) yesterday for work and that’s about it. Should I keep taking my adderall as prescribed or should I just take a few days off?
