lisdexamfetamine not worked

so i’m prescribed 50mg of lisdexamfetamine(elvanse/vyvanse) for adhd and i take 50mg daily and have been for around a year. today i took 2 50mg so 100mg, i read that it can make you feel high or euphoria or give off similar effects to speed. i took 100mg around 8 am and it’s now 1:40 and i havnt felt any different effect compared to my normal dose of 50mg. only thing is my heart maybe beating a bit quicker and my pupils are big but apart from that nothing. can anyone suggest maybe why? thank you
