How long will 300mg Dxm Hbr last?

I'm dumb, so I took 300mg Dxm Hbr about 1,5h ago and feel these horrible effects since about 45 mins and I just want to stop. I took 150mg Seroquel in hope to stop the trip and take the edge off. How long will this last for me?
