Sorry if this isn't the right place for this, it's just r/Xanax is pretty inactive and I really need answers asap.
I recently got prescribed Xanax for my extreme anxiety and depression. I still haven't gotten used to the new dosage of the pills. I got brain fog for a few minutes and my timer went off, meaning it was time for me to take my medication. However, I mixed the doses up in my brain and still thought I was taking my old antidepressant, so I took like 7-8mg of Xanax.
This was about 2 hours ago. Right now I'm feeling extremely euphoric, sleepy, and I just measured my heart rate at 45. The brain fog I was experiencing got worse too after taking the xanax.
What should I do? I'm kinda scared. The symptoms I mentioned are getting progressively worse. Should I go to the hospital or just wait it out? I mean like I'm feeling so euphoric, it's great, but I'm just so scared that it might cause some sort of damage. I'm not the type of person to take xanax to feel good apart from my normal prescription dosage.
edit; im starting to black out but i am fine pls dont call the bpolice or anything loll. its stagetting harder to type even with autocorrect so i think that is a sign its starting?
