I have no desire to do heroin, but i’ve been thinking about a really insane hypothetical on how it could technically be possible to try it once?
Let’s say you have a standard 30 year old American human, no mental issues/illnesses/disorders of any kind, and absolutely no predisposition/family history of any mental issues/illnesses/disorders of any kind.
The human in question also has zero issues with addiction and zero family history of addiction of any kind. The human in question has never touched drugs of any kind. (including all the “soft” drugs such as alcohol nicotine weed etc)
The human in question has zero opinion on addiction/drugs and is kind of just indifferent about it altogether, but the human has an understanding of their dangers of course. The human has never touched them simply because they have just never had a desire of any kind to do so.
Let’s say this human was randomly offered 1 million dollars to do the following by the CIA:
-Sign a legally binding contract to be administered 10mg heroin intravenously under medical supervision.
-Sign a legally binding contract to be checked into the absolute best rehabilitation facility in the entire world for a MINIMUM of one year immediately following the cessation of the drugs effects.
taking all of this into consideration, do you think it could actually be feasible for the person in question to truly never touch it again for the rest of their life?
