I struggle with severe all or nothing mentality but i still wanna try to moderate my weed use. it’ll be fairly easy on monday-thursday since im very busy and then im thinking just going absolutely crazy on the weed friday-sunday, and then just stopping until friday again.

however, i wouldn’t wanna do this if it would affect my sleep/appetite to a noticeable degree on the days im not using. do you think that would be the case? or maybe just for a little bit until my body adjusts to that dose? Im currently on day 5 of a t break and planning to wait until my tolerance is pretty much fully reset to start this routine.
