how long should i wait to take my sleeping medication after a coke sesh ?

hi, so my doc prescribted loxapine (an antipsychotic that helps me sleep) and alimemazine 20mg (antihistaminic that makes fall asleep faster) as my sleeping medication, i live in France so you might not know about them. I also have melatonin 1.9mg (should i take more ?), had my last line about an hour ago, how long should i wait to take my medication ? i had a 24 hours sesh and took 2.5 grams and haven’t sleep in 2 days so i really need to force myself to sleep even though i’m not really tired haha i had benzos because i was feeling anxious and panicked as hell from the comedown, i’m a bit worried about mixing medications
