On benzos every day. Stole from my brother. Wtf?

Constantly in a state of WD, I stole 4 of my brother's sleeping pills. He found out.
I was panicking about my life and a test and fell back into old behavior. I don't know what to tell him. I'm going to continue with the Ashton Manual soon. I didn't have any with me and knew he had to have some somewhere. (Saw all the cool shit my parents buy him and felt justified.)
It don't know how to explain it.
Edit: wtf is up with the downvotes? Literally a fellow human showing remorse and asking for help.
