So i inhale nitrous sometimes, and when i do it i inhale it out of a ballon, ive heard is the least harmfull way to it. So when i do inhale it i dont breath out of ballon until its finished. Ive heard some people saying it kills your brain cells by depriving them of oxigen but how does that make sense? When i hold my breath my neurons dont die. Am i mislead here?i never passed out but doing it this wayy gives a MUCH MORE INTENSE HIGH. Anyway i make sure to space out my nitrous usage by 2 months apart and take b12 for the week after.
