pursuit urge to experience/experiment

anyone else anticipated getting older as a kid since like 6-10 just so you could experiment with substances and settings(party's) to the extent of your liking? i've always liked raves music and that sort of aesthetic since i was a young, and been into washing out the bad with good music times, i don't really like festivals or house parties but i love fast paced raves and house ragers dose anyone else feel the same with self expression?
