Kratom is BS, doesn’t even work

I took it first time and it was amazing but every ‘high’ if you can call it after my first time was bad. No i don’t have shit kratom it worked the first time, no i don’t use alot i use 2x a week, yes i take on empty stomach, but i think the problem lies in dosage.
I dont have a scale, so i just take two teaspoons. I weigh 70 and i’m 171cm, should i taper down or increase my dosage? Its green strain, and it does help with pain but i don’t get euphoric like the first time ( first time was 1.5 teaspoons )
