TLDR: normal doses get me sick physically and I want to understand why

Let me start with Molly. I am not a heavy drug user, but had it quite a few times (around 10). With the trial and error, I figured that my dose is 70mg (crystals). 80-90mg is borderline uncomfortable. I had 120mg once and almost passed out during the come up. Uncomfortable tingling in the face, the world went white, sounds became distant (scary), thoughts of “why did I take so much”, everything went quiet, and then I came back to senses in a minute. Fully drenched in sweat. Scary experience. Then more or less fine after that. I have Molly poops too.

Mushrooms. I took just 1g and it was exactly the same as 120mg Molly. I went to another planet, almost passed out and got covered in sweat. The thought is always “I’m dying need to call 911”. Then fine after that and great small trip with a lot of insights. No visuals

Ketamine. Even a small dose of around 11pm forces me to wake up at 3am with enormous painful stomach cramps and upset stomach. And same symptoms of sounds becoming distant and me passing out.

Weed. I had the same symptoms as from Ketamine.

I’m 180lbs, 5’9. Have an elevated BP (140/100) by default, however it’s managed at 125/85 with a VERY low dose of BP meds.

Based on the dosage it feels like I’m extremely sensitive. For MDMA I have to take half of what other people take to enjoy the experience. But I’m afraid to go higher on the dosage for the full trips of shrooms or LSD, as I don’t know what’s going on with me. Cardio problems? BP problems? Vasoconstriction? Vasovagal syncope?

If you have any thoughts, I would appreciate it. I want to enjoy the full experience, but I’m not sure how.
