do mdma caps hit harder on an empty stomach?

it’s pretty much in the title. do mdma caps hit any different depending on how full your stomach is? for example would a full stomach cause them to take longer to hit and not hit as hard, vice versa?? and if it hits harder and faster on an empty stomach will it still last just as long as it would on a full stomach? i guess this question could also go for most ingested drugs but my main concern at the moment is mdma.
