been going thru some shit so im hella anxious lately zero appetite. i went to the gym and smoked some weed before my workout which ive never done, its always after. it was a very small amount though, literally just one decent puff off a cartridge and my tolerance is very high.
halfway through my workout i realized my strength was decreased so much and then i started to feel shaky/lightheaded/confused byt by this point the slight buzz it gave me already had worn off pretty much. I then think maybe its my blood sugar so i drank 4g of sugar but it didnt really help. I then went back to the gym bathrooms and took a lot of fucking puffs from my cart but for some reason the amount didnt get me nearly as high as it usually did after my workout.
I then go in the sauna and i actually start to feel a lot better and i stay in there 15 mins. Then i go in the steam room a bit too while properly hydrating the entire time . I then try to go in the sauna again and can only last 5 minutes before i start feeling like i need to get the fuck out. I then walked home and started to feel more and more confused and disoriented and just like weak and shaky, and now im home and it just keeps getting worse. I just ate a big dinner maybe itll help.
