I smoked weed for the first time after 4 years of abstinence.

I felt really suicidal today. My brain needed a break. I smoked. I thought it’d be the end of the work after years of trauma from 12 step programs. Turns out harm reduction has helped me unlearn some of that. It helped me stay safe today and I don’t need to be ashamed.
