4-CMA, also known as para-chloromethamphetamine (p-CMA), is a chemical closely related to amphetamines and methamphetamines. It is metabolized into para-chloroamphetamine (4-CA), which is even more neurotoxic.

The drug's uncontrolled release of serotonin and dopamine is thought to be the source of its harmful effects. These effects are significantly more potent than those seen with drugs like MDMA (ecstasy), leading to much higher neurotoxicity.

This drug is by far the scariest I’ve ever seen. Once you taken it, your serotonin receptors are fried permanently. You will be in a MDMA comedown forever. That is scarier than Datura imo.
