1st time xtasy was a bust. Any advice on improving 2nd round?

Hi all!

Was super curios (and excited) about trying xstasy last time, but somehow only made me a bit sick t o the stomach and a only a little bit spaced out (if at all).

I researched and talked to a friend beforehand to prep for it and tried to follow the advice of: get your heart pumping, listen to music, stay hydrated and so on,...

I tried it at home (no option to go anywhere currently and wont be an option for 2nd time). I had music blasting and good vibes prepared, but aside from feeling a little bit warm, no real magic.

(started with half pill and ended up with 1.5 at the end - topped up after 2h)

any advice what I can do to improve?

Is feeling a bit sick to the stomach normal?

Anyone any experiences with rolling (is that the right term?) at home? :D
