Hey I get prescription valium for really bad anxiety, but I haven't used it in months since I got stabilised on my antidepressants.
Tonight I need to sleep early to get up at 5am so I took one 5mg to make me sleepy. Nothing happened, so I took another one about an hour later. Still not feeling much of anything, so I took another one and I just feel the same.
My anxiety over getting to sleep hasn't even reduced that much and I'm not really that sleepy either. Is this just the wrong use for it what's going on?
