Annoying side effects of oxy/methadone/morphine

I’ve noticed sometimes after I take some strong shit like oxy/morphine/methadone the next day my hearing gets expressively distorted/lower pitched. Also sometimes this lasts for a couple of days after the session and it gets hard to type and even to walk for a few days, like I feel oddly weak and cross eyed. Not to mention the dark circles I get under my eyes.
Does anyone else feel this too? How do I avoid this?
