Dementia risk with habitual Benadryl usage everyday for a year
Post Body

For the past year or so roughly I've taken 75mg Benadryl everyday and at one point took 150mg for a couple of weeks. I read online from a study by Harvard that habitual antihistamine usage increases your risk of dementia by 54%. I know I'm an idiot for getting addicted to allergy medicine don't berate me for something I already know. I just really fucking need some help and I'll take any help I can possibly receive. Am I just completely screwed or will I be ok if I just stop taking it altogether right now and never take it again. God bless to anyone who's able to provide me with any support at all or any help in the slightest.
