How hard was the first week?
Do you still have cravings.
And what do you train your mind to do when quitting?
I am really trying to quit and don’t want to end up quitting when something serious happens to my health.
Out of every drug I’ve tooken this has always been the pointless one.
I know it’s foolish blaming the person who made vapes or allowed it, since it helps people get off cigarettes
But whichever companies made them look so appealing to non smokers definitely knew what they were doing.
But blame’s still always on me.
