Dxm and Wellbutrin how to avoid the racing heart

I’ve only tried dxm twice, one time 210 mg freebase which was insane,my heart was at 135 laying down and was having a panic attack, and then I tested 90 mg the other night but still had the racing heart. I’m guessing it has something to do with the 150 mg Wellbutrin I take but is there anything I can do to avoid the racing heart? Both times I needed up taking about 0.75 mg Xanax at the end to eventually fall asleep, but if I took some Xanax with the dxm would that be okay? I know it’s not good to mix but I also take pretty small doses so I wasn’t sure. For reference I’m about 135 pounds and don’t have much of a tolerance.
