It really doesn’t do much for u at all at first. Then hours later your just feeling shitty and can’t do anything about it. Just wait for how ever many hours it ends up lasting. You can’t sleep. Body starts to hurt after awhile. Then the anxiety kicks in to take its turn kicking your ass. And all for what? Nothing really…. U get some energy. Most of the time it’s so intense you can’t really do anything else other then concentrate on breathing because it feels like your heart might stop. And for some reason you end up doing it again just to be sure and then it starts all over. Smh. Trust me it’s really not that great at all. And I tried a few different times and different batches. Don’t ask me why cuz I don’t even know. I just don’t understand why one would even just continue to do it for years? It feels like the bad out ways the good.
