I've been taking valium on and off for half a week in increasing doses because my tolerance is up, I took a five day break last week and was fine but I've been using again for 3 days I was wondering if I need to taper off considering the short period of time I was on them I wouldn't worry but it's been high doses like 50-60mg daily, I don't have enough to taper slowly as they weren't given by a medical practitioner Do you think I could just cut them off and be fine Please let me know your opinion Thankyou
