Post Body

I've used substances to fix the way I feel since I was 14 I'm 32 now. And I just got home from inpatient addiction treatment. And I don't feel any better than when I left. I'm diagnosed with treatment resistant depression, ADHD, anxiety, and CPTSD. No typical meds or therapy has worked, and I've tried pretty much everything. Lately, I've been using illicit stimulants to self medicate ADHD, depression, and motivation issues. Is it a valid idea to ask my doctor to compromise with me and prescribe a mild stimulant? I have a good doctor that listens and is open to trying things.
