Can I take min and fin while abusing hard drugs

Bit of a different question. Im on minoxidil and finasteride bc I have shitty genes. Just wondering if any hard drugs cancel out hair regrowth medication like min and fin. The drugs I've done recently were adderall, lsd, ketamine, 2cb, mdma, mda and I possibly plan to do coke some more in the future. Anyone else that abuses drugs and takes min and fin that have seen results?
