I think it's never worth redosing Opiates. Just take the daily dose, and that's it.

I have been on and off opiates (Oral Oxy and Morphine) for the last 2 years. I can only feel a high if I've gone one day without it, and gone through withdrawals for like 20 or so hours before taking it again. I only take it for the motivation, and antidepressive factor at this point.
Never redose the opiates, you wont feel any high from your second dose. First dose is the only one that counts. That's it.
