Hey all, I like to get prepared with supplements for after a sesh. Usually I have the normal such as vitamin C/berocca and magnesium etc. I have used 5htp in the past and knowing I was going to sniff some speed this past weekend, got some 5HTP & Melatonin whilst in the pharmacy getting Valium to help with after sleep. I have searched a lot but want an answer from you guys because this is such a helpful community. When should I take the 5-HTP after last line of speed? ~ I have read not to do it too soon because of serotonin overdose or something. Can someone give me a good answer, wait 24 hours? Longer, shorter?
I take valium after to sleep but don't take it for any other days so got the melatonin to help the week after sleep/mood. Is this going to be useful?
Appreciate any help or advice, do not need judgement thanks!
