Is there anything to help the drowsiness on tramadol?

I tried Santeria for the first time today. Popped 100mg at first, waited an hour or so and popped 100 more. It’s been some time now and i feel absolutely amazing. I’m confused by the many stories people have of this drugs. As I’ve understood it, the effects differ a lot from person to person? I feel tingles kn my whole body, quite similar to the weed ones, or ecstasy ngl. Very nice feeling.

However, my eyes are so tired i am currently writing this in a blur and i have to focus really hard to see the letters lol. Is there something that could help? Lol i love it but i don’t wanna fall alseep and waste a good high.
