Hello, everyone. About two nights ago at 9:00 P.M I consumed approximately half of a Delsym bottle (I think 200/300 mg) of DXM. I'm not exactly sure, I wasn't thinking at the time - I was in a very bad mood and for some reason I just rushed to consume the DXM.

I've never tried using DXM recreationally, so it's odd why I took it without thinking so quickly.

I am also on 150mg Bupropion.

As time goes by, it starts affecting me; I start seeing psychedelic like effects but a lot more negative and strange - black 'clover' like objects swirling in my eyes. As time goes by and I'm laying in my bed I start really losing myself and disassociating, thinking and imagining strange things. For example one time 'God' or something like that was communicating through a broken laptop keyboard and whispers telling me that I'm autistic or something. Weirdly enough I believed it was actually God but at the same time I was actually mentally kept together. I was sobbing uncontrollably for the first hour of the trip though. I could type and communicate fine when I texted my friends during it.

Fell asleep at 3 a.m, woke up the next day barely able to walk. Clearly I was still on the drug. Slowly I get better and the dysphoric feelings dissipate. But people around me know I'm acting strange. For some reason I am a lot more patient and I am also making some strangely bad decisions. Anyway, one thing is I have absolutely no appetite. Even eating the slightest amount of food feels disgusting to me. At night I try to fall asleep which works but I was also seeing some mild closed eye visuals. Very dark.

The day after that (so this is the third day) I still cannot eat much. I still have no appetite. I still feel strange. Should I go to an urgent care center and get some help? Or should I just stay home and live normally?
