Headache after smoking pyrovalerones

Hello everybody. I smoked once alpha-pvp 5 days ago, and since then i had a headache. Not pleasing feeling, also first 2 days after i had occasional short pain in my heart.
Does anybody know what’s that? I try to drink a lot of water. But the headache is noticeable
