Whats the difference between a big dose and staggering a dose?

I have 4 5/325 hydros and was planning on taking it all at once in one big gulp like I normally do and got to thinking. Would taking them over an hour period make them last longer? I assume if it lasted longer it would less but obviously I'm no expert so I'm here asking
