A close family member has a very serious addiction to weed, more so than I’ve ever seen anyone have before. They are extremely paranoid, anxious and their mental health in general has taken a massive downward spiral. I haven’t seen their weed personally but I am wondering is it possible for weed to be laced with spice or how to tell the difference between “normal” weed and synthetic. My worries are coming from how extreme it’s affected their mental health and also the smell of it, they absolutely STINK and I mean stink of weed. If they come in my house I need to open every window for the smell to leave.

Testing it isn’t an option just wondering if it’s even possible or what are some tell tale signs. Thanks for the help.
