RESOLVED NO LONGER URGENT!!! A friend of mine got oxy and I wanted to trip sit him since I’m experienced. I found out after he took 12 mg that he took 1 mg of Xanax 8 hours prior. It was on an empty stomach. He also hit his cart a few times. I think he took a small swig out of shot but less than like 1/4 of a shot. He was fine for a long time but now he just wants to sleep and can barely talk. I’ve monitored his heart rate and it’s been constant, no signs of overdose except him barely being able to talk and constantly falling asleep everytime I try to wake him. He told me he hasn’t slept in over a day. He took 12 or so mg of oxy orally around 11:15. It is now 2.5 hours later. After 3.5 hours can I go to sleep? So keep him up another hour.
