My question is if you get caught with let’s say a cocaine bullet that’s empty with a dusting in it, will you get in trouble. Minnesota decriminalized paraphernalia even with residue. It’s worded like this. the possession of all drug paraphernalia is no longer a crime in Minnesota, even if that paraphernalia contains residual amounts of controlled substances.
