Yesterday I took ket for very first time. I took 4 30mg bumps, 2nd one after like 30 minutes from the 1 st one, another one after like 40 minutes, and the last one 2 hours later. I got really high off my 3rd and 4th line, and especially after my 4th line I’ve noticed my heart rate is kinda slow. Not dangerously slow, I think it was like around 60bpm, but my normal resting heart rate is around 80bpm. I’ve read that ketamine is supposed to increase your heart rate if anything, so I found it odd.
I do struggle with physical anxiety and that probably has to do with my kind of high resting heart rate. So I’m wondering if ketamine just suppressed my physical anxiety and that made my heart slower, or if that was actually something dangerous happening to my heart. Any ideas?
