The elvanse was prescribed to a close friend of mine, and she let me take one (40mg) in order to focus throughout the day, as i have a lot going on right now and need to put in all the effort i can with the little brain cells i have. So to be clear, it wasn't my meds and it was most likely too high a dose.
Throughout the day i def felt a little too overstimulated and tremored, but ngl i liked the tremors or vibrating feeling inside my body. It (sorta?) reminded me of molly hahah best high i ever had. Anyway, i felt way more physically anxious than i did last time. No clue why, I'm obv not a pro at this.
Later in the evening i couldn't bare the anxiety and popped 1mg of (Don't yell at me now) KSALOL alprazolam. Yes they're fake, yes they're bad. Don't give me a lesson in the comments.
It took some thirty minutes for it to kick in, and once it did, i felt so good. I was just as talkative, collected and relaxed as before, and I could get things done while still yapping my mouth off. However, this only lasted for about an hour or so, and then i was back to feeling super weird.
I ended up taking another mg of alprazolam and my prescribed melatonin so i could fall asleep as fast as possible, went to bed and woke up not too long ago. I immediately knew it was gonna be easier to get through the day this time compared to the last/first time i tried it.
It's still in the morning now and i can defo feel the comedown still kinda bugging me, but i popped one mg half an hour ago or so, and i already feel kinda "high" even though my tolerance is way higher usually.
I need to focus on work today as well, and I'm not sure how it's gonna go. Benzos are for sure not the best drug for focusing. On the bright side, I don't feel overly braindead, so i should be fine? Not sure. Pushing through.
What helps other than alprazolam? I've been told Omega 3 or Vitamin C should help? I had no clue what to take, so i made sure to get up, eat breakfast and take any vitamins or supplements i had. Multivitamins, Vit C, Vit B12, fucking folic acid (Vit B9).
I've also been told simple things like taking a shower, going out for a walk etc. Should help? Could use some more tips if you have any.
I've also heard that caffeine should be avoided? Is this true? Cause i could really use my morning cuppa rn.
