Probably not a big deal but I got my wisdom teeth removed a few days ago and the doctor prescribed me 40mg of oxy for the pain I’ve been taking the prescribed doses of 5mg every 6-8 hrs and I’ve been enjoying the little highs it gives me but my pain has gotten significantly better and having only smoked weed before decided to have some fun I did some research and saw that 10mg isn’t a big leap so I decided to double the dose and take it tonight I figured due to my big size I’m 6’3 290ibs I would have a problem but I have noticed difficulty breathing I’m 90% positive it is respiratory depression from the oxy I don’t have any access to narcan and definitely can’t afford a hospital call or visit while my breathing does feel labored I am aware and do see any signs of respiratory failure as a result but I have no way of knowing if my blood oxygen percentage is within acceptable parameters what should I wait it out until it gets worse or should I up and leave and if I do wait it out what are sign my situation has escalated to an emergency
