Can regular consumption of chamomile tea be bad?
Post Body
I use no drugs at all, but figured this subreddit would be the best to ask this question.
The apigenin in chamomile tea binds to benzodiazepine receptors in the brain, as well as influencing GABA receptors. If consumed regularly, what kind of effects would it have? It's nowhere near as powerful as alcohol or benzos, but would the apigenin have a cumulative negative effect?
