Death after bromo dragonfly ingestion (looking for a story)

Hello, I’ve seen many people mention a story about a person ingesting bromo dragonfly after he found some powder in his roommates/brothers room and thought it was coke. That person died (I’ve heard that it was due to a heart attack but not sure). I’ve tried searching for that story on various subs and websites but I just can’t find it, does anyone have a link to it?
