Is it okay to take a little acetaminophen with dxm?

Last night I did about 700mg of dxm which was most of my pill capsule bottle, now I’ve got around 240mg dxm and I want to do about 400mg of dxm to atleast get a 3rd Plateau I didn’t really like the 700mg dose because it made me feel like I was going to die and was extremely hard to hide from my friends and family.

So let me cut to the chase, I’ve got the 240mg pills of straight dxm and then I’ve got some pills with 20mg dxm and 300mg acetaminophen, I know that acetaminophen will make your liver fail In high doses, so let me know how much I should take to be safe and have a good high.
