Is it possible to recover from a mild xanax addiction without telling anyone you’ve been doing drugs

Post Body

It’s not the right time for me to tell anyone yet. And i have been able to stay away from them for weeks before. Been able to stay away from cravings until i get really socially anxious. The only thing that keeps me wanting them is my severe social anxiety.

I am planning on getting professional help for my social anxiety, therapy maybe. And if i get this help for anxiety. I genuinely think i’ll be able to quit benzos without telling anyone i’ve done them. Because if i stop right now. Completely. Dump everything in the toilet as i come home and flush them down. And seek help for my anxiety solely right now. Without mentioning the drugs. That could work, right? Because if i can handle my anxiety, i can stay away from the drugs.
