So when i was about 16 to 19 I was hooked on pills (barbituates, benzodiazepenes, heavy opiates). I was drug-free for a few years until i started dabbling in cocaine. Cocaine became a daily thing for me a few months later for about a year (give or take). Now I'm 2 months drug-free again and my girlfriend noticed a couple weeks ago that my breathing is very heavy (I don't notice it), and heart rate is really fast. Since the couple weeks shes said that I've been taking daily measurments of my BPM and I range from 95bpm to 125bpm. Most days I'm around 110 to 115 bpm. I'm only 23M and before i started using coke my heart was at average about 65bpm to 70bpm.
